Self-referral into Physiotherapy
getUBetter
Any patient registered with a Camden GP can access getUbetter by registering for an account.
getUbetter is a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) self-management web application, available as a smartphone app (iOS and Android) and as an app accessed via a laptop or desktop computer web browser.
getUBetter provides 24/7 self-management support. Patients will be supported digitally through your recovery day-by-day with personalised, evidence-based behaviour change techniques which includes symptom checking, nudges, videos, exercises and outcome measures. It empowers patients to self-manage your musculoskeletal problems, and access Camden MSK clinical services if necessary.

How to access the app
The getUBetter app is provided free of charge by Lambeth CCG for patients registered with our Vauxhall Practice.
It can be accessed on a Smartphone or on the web and guides you day-by-day through a sequence of exercises and tips to help you get better from a range of new or recurrent musculoskeletal conditions.

You will be referred to the app by one of our GPs or a physio, or you can self-register here
Please use an email address that is unique to you and select the condition you need help to manage. You will then be sent an email with all the information you need to get started.
If you develop another condition, select your new condition from within the app and it will be added to your account.
The app will also connect you to your local; treatment, healthcare providers or support services if needed like physiotherapy.
